Shipping Costs
We are pleased to inform you that we offer free shipping across Europe for any order placed in our store. For shipments outside of Europe, the shipping costs vary depending on the courier we work with. Additionally, there may be customs duties and taxes to pay, depending on the destination country and the courier used. The payment of these duties and taxes is the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery or pickup of the package. In Europe, we use DHL Express or other reliable couriers to ensure fast and secure delivery. You can count on us to ensure your package arrives quickly and safely.
Shipping Times
Using DHL Express (or other couriers) for shipments within Europe, the standard shipping time is 7-14 business days from when the product ships from the supplier to delivery to the customer. During high-demand periods, such as the holiday season, delivery may take longer (7-20 business days) due to global courier overload. For shipments outside Europe, delivery times depend on the courier used. For example, with FedEx, delivery times typically range from 5-7 business days. We ask for your patience, but we assure you that your package will arrive as promised.
Shipping Date
Typically, we take 2-4 days to process packages before shipping them out. You will receive a tracking number and a video (and/or photos) of the product on the social platform where you contacted us before the shipment. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you have the option to modify or cancel the order before it is shipped, provided this is done very quickly (see Return Policy).
Taxes and Duties
For shipments within Europe, you don’t need to worry about paying additional customs duties or taxes on our packages. The prices listed include all the necessary delivery charges.
For shipments outside Europe, customs duties and taxes may apply, which vary depending on the destination country. The customer will be responsible for paying these duties and taxes upon delivery or package pickup.
